A Trade License is required to operate a business in the British Virgin Islands. It is a legally binding document issued by the government of the British Virgin Islands, permitting you to open and operate a business in the BVI. How do you apply for a trade license? 

 Trade license application forms are available at the Department of Trade and Consumer Affairs located at the Sebastian Building in Road Town. Applications should be completed in duplicate and submitted to the Department.
